My Roxie was in labor had 2 breech babies that I got out and had one stuck. They rushed my girl in and took care of her very quickly couldn’t get an emergency vet near me to answer phone or call me back drove 1.5 hours to get her seen here and I was very pleased. Took the time out once she was seen about and stable to call me to let me know what was going on with my girl and give me updates.(because with COVID you can’t go in. Probably also because it was 3am) they have never seen my girl before but they treated her like she was one of their own from what I could see and hear. I’m so thankful for them.

Excellent experience here. Fees were very reasonable & the staff was most knowledgeable and caring. Beautiful clean facility that still looks new. I would recommend them to anyone looking for after hours or weekend care when in need of a veterinarian.

I waited in the parking lot with a dog with a head wound, bleeding. They never even bothered with us. Called them multiple times to ask when they would look at her. All they said was a few minutes each time.I understood they were busy. But if they would have at least sent someone out there, to at least look at her, I wouldn't feel so hopeless and sad about her. They never even said sorry. I know they could not treat her immediately but at least a glance in her direction to see how serious it was would have been appreciated. I was willing to pay whatever it costs. It doesn't matter though, when they won't even acknowledge you or the pain your animal is going through.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here on 8/24/2020. My tech Andrea was so kind & caring. Because of COVID19 I couldn't go in with my very sick Yorkie which broke my heart. Andrea reassured me she would stay with Cricket. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful! Dr Hall was wonderful when she talked to me. They even gave me written blood test results. And emailed a summary of the visit and wrote Cricket was a sweet dog. The rates are very fair, considering this is an emergency vet. I mean you have to know after hour care is expensive. THIS IS THE BEST EMERGENCY VET EVER!!! Thank y'all so much!

We've used the emergency vet in the past and they were excellent. Last night we used them for our elderly dogs end of life plan. They were so kind and provided us a relaxing environment to say goodbye to our old man. They even made us a clay paw print with our dogs name on it.
