I'm new to Oak Grove and have a positive experience thus far. I have been impressed with the condition of my apartment and have met some very friendly neighbors. The appliances are also good name brand machines and new. The issues I consider negative would be the lack of parking along Cedar Drive, what looks to be high iron in the water and some pest problems (mice) although I haven't seen one yet, just heard them at night a couple times. I expect my experience to continue to be positive one as I get use to the parking, get in the habit of running the water an extra couple of minutes and set some mice traps out.

Oak Grove is a wonderful, clean, quite community. Everyone is so friendly and the rental office staff are wonderful. Anytime I go pass there I am always greeted with a smile and a helping hand. The maintenance staff are wonderful as well, they always do my maintenance request in a timely manner and will not enter my home without calling me first.
I don’t know what’s the hype about but I been living here since last year and every time I put in the a maintenance order they come right away. It’s friendly and clean in my building down to the laundry Matt and I’ll works and I haven’t had no problem with the rental offices or neither no one in there now I see a lot of view talking about roaches and mics and I haven’t seem neither in my apartment no mics or roaches I’ll hole building is clean and every one in my build take care each other when it come down to that hallway I just don’t play wit that dirty mess in my house I spray bleach and etc every time I use the kitchen and bathroom to make sure I don’t see no inset or mics and I don’t like even one I hate living with bugs Other then that I don’t have no problem wit the community or staff me and my family love it here️️️️
I have been here for a little over 10 years and I must say that the upgrades to this complex have been amazing and appreciated. I love the dog park and my grandbabies come over to ride their bikes and play on the playground safely and have fun petting the neighbor's pets when their being walked. When I get in touch with staff at rental office my repairs are done in a timely manner. The office staff are very polite and very helpful. The only problem I have and it's just one is that they are so busy that I have to leave a message sometimes instead of talking to someone one on one. I also like have a laundry room in the building. I'm really impressed with the upgrades and amenities that have taken place and I'll be here to stay a lot longer due to the safeness and kid and pet friendly atmosphere. Great job Oak Grove keep up the fantastic work that ur doing beautifying and keeping us safe.
I really love my apartment. My building is quiet and it’s only 4 units in my building. I like that a lot. A nice cozy place
