Trade winds marina parts department is absolutely excellent. I needed a part for my mercury outboard. Every shop I called said the part would not be available for at least 4-6 weeks, at the earliest. This is not something that a boater wants to hear in the middle of the summer....to have a boat down for 4-6 weeks while waiting on a simple yet crucial part would be detrimental. I called over 20 mercury parts dealers and they all told me the same time line, accept for trade winds marina. They were able to locate the part in California and had it delivered the very next day. EXCELLENT customer service!!! Really willing to go above and beyond! Thanks again!

These guys are top notch. I worked with Brian on a used Cobalt that they were brokering. He was very forthright and honest about the condition of the boat. I decided to fly into Baltimore from Boston to check it out and Brian picked me up from the airport to assist. He was super patient and generous with his time and we are extremely excited about our 'new' boat. As an engineer, getting to spend some time listening to Bob's stories about the Saturn rocket development was also a treat. Highly recommended!
