Had a great time and was simple and fast. We went early to beat the crowds and get the kayak we wanted. We book online and at checkout got a life preserver for our dog. It was our first time out at this location and spent 2 hours on the water. We rented two single kayaks and had a blast. We will be back and plan to stay on the water longer.

The main reason for the 1 star is the customer service. With the exception of the girls working on the booth, everyone else was really rude. At least two staff yelled at us because we were about to grab the incorrect paddle and the other because I wasn’t able to get off the kayak fast enough. The area itself was nice but some reason it space to kayak seemed smaller than it was. I probably would never come back and don’t recommend the area.
My girlfriend and I joined Ultimate Watersports this past Saturday for their sunset kayak tour. We had so much fun! The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I will definitely be coming back!
Was an absolute delight! I had a kayaking lesson and my instructor Mary was not only delightful but super knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area. I will be back!
I planned a trip to the beach with my family. We booked with them the night before. The next day I realized they were the wrong company for the park we went to, so I called and was going to tell them I made a mistake to get a refund since there was no way for me to show up. No one answered. No one returned my call after leaving a message. I emailed them twice and no one returned my email. I understand their refund policy, but that is not my situation. I didn’t intentionally not show up. I made a mistake and would like someone to be professional and return my call. To make things worse, I received a “Thanks for your free money” auto email. Would someone please call me back.
