This was a great experience for me and my family. We were met by Ignacio Trujillo when entering the show room. Ignacio was professional. He allowed us to walk through the show room and when we were ready he guided us through the process. He never pushed or tried to hard-sell, he simply helped us feel comfortable. They sent a professional to our home to measure. When we had questions he sent a person a second time just to make sure. Through this remodeling I’ve called emailed and just popped in at all times. He was always quick to help and was always upbeat through the process. I would definitely use them again it was a great experience

very happy with NYC kitchen & bath. this is the second time I use them for my kitchen cabinets. the quality is great. We went with the waypoint brand which has a lifetime warranty and made in the USA. the price is not cheap but very competitive in the industry and you get great service. I worked specifically with Ignacio and Darek where we brainstormed ideas for my kitchen design. We also added an island to the design in my open kitchen concept. I was able to see a 3D print of what the final product will look like. It actually came out better than expected. pictures will follow. I'd recommend them for your kitchen and bath needs. Ignacio helped with the entire process and was quick with updates and service. I also purchased the kitchen sink and faucet from them. very happy. I'm sure you can get cheaper elsewhere but you won't have an idea of what exactly the final product will look like, no design assistance and ideas from a professional, cheaper material, no warranty etc. I've always been one for spending a few extra dollars and getting the peace of mind. with all that said, they do have cheaper cabinet styles and material. I recently finished a first floor kitchen and bath remodel using NYC Kitchen and Bath. The experience was wonderful. The process from start to finish was seamless. The designs were beautiful and the finished product was exactly as I had hoped. This company works as a team. All employees are at your disposal throughout the process. They were patient with my many questions and changes during the renovation. I would highly recommend this company for your next remodeling project!
We reached out to NYC Kitchen and Bath after a very bad experience with another Ultracraft dealer on Long Island. We worked mostly with Dianne and her professionalism and responsiveness were amazing. She communicated very well, helped with any challenges and supported the project in full! I recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company that treats the customer with respect, is responsive, and delivers as promised!
