I purchased a vehicle from them in April of 2018 and was very impressed with their customer service. I just purchased another vehicle from them and was again very impressed. Anytime I take my car to Audi M.Heights for service, I find the employees to be very accommodating, helpful and genuinely caring about the customer. I feel fairly treated and my business is valued. I highly recommend this shop for your car service. They go out of their way to help and make you feel you are getting great value for the price.
My vehicle was repaired here after another dealership provided subpar service. Even though it did take a couple extra days for the repair to be completed, I had a loaner vehicle, and was keep abreast of the progress in a timely manner.
