The food here is always good. But I’m giving a 2 star review today because they are not allowing dine in. Plenty of other restaurants have made new policies and take great care in sanitizing between customers to allow for dine in. Other 5 Guys locations are allowing it as well. I see this as laziness and living in total fear. I wear a mask everywhere I go, I social distance, and I follow policies for many other establishments...I’d like to do the same here, but I didn’t even have the chance. Makes it hard when your toddler is hungry and wants a cheeseburger and you want to get her something better than McDonald’s and you can’t.

I have had 5 guys before and it was really good. Not sure if this location is bad or just an off night. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and as I watched them make it noticed there was no bacon. I told the the guy behind the counter and he walked over to a basket and then grabbed some bacon and came our then opened it up on the counter in front of me and crumbled it on there. Then closed it up with greasy bacon hands and handed it back. It was maybe half a piece of bacon because he dropped a bunch on the counter and couldn't use it. It was really weird.
This is a pretty easy review.. excellent as always! Great burger done just how I like it..my way! Lol..if you've never been to Five Guys, man you're missing out!! It doesn't get much simpler..no overfilled menus, no unneeded frills n gimmicks..just a GREAT burger!! No added charges for making a burger your way..has that old school malt shop/diner feel to it..
Usually love Five Guys but this location's customer service was not good. One lady was friendly when I came in, but the cashier had me standing around for 5 minutes without saying anything or asking to take my order, and when I noticed him, he was just looking around clueless.
Needed a place for a quick bite on the other side of town and rolled into Five Guys. Heck, can’t go wrong with a burger there. Wasn’t disappointed ... tasted great!
