Don't even bother fill up a social security application because they don't care . Waiting on my social security whole month because I changed my name and they still got it wrong , with all documents that I sent application with all the accurate information
I spoke with Susan on the phone as I was inquiring information for changing my name because I recently got married. She was very helpful in letting me know what documents I need to send and how to proceed sending everything through the mail since the office is not open to the public right now.
They were great, I was going through a terrible time with Health news, and it seemed like nothing was going right, actually it wasn't going right, but they tried really hard to help me I was so stressed and having anxiety attacks, they were very professional at what they did, and I feel that they had great professionalism on how to calm someone such as myself, I spoke to 5 different people on different occasions, it wasn't planned that way it's just the way it happened, my case was just unbelievably messed up. Hopefully it's over I can only pray... anything Thank you, for everything you did for me... I appreciate everything... all of you ROCK...
They said the office was open between 8 and 12 for walk-ins I took a bus out here I got here at 11 a.m. and the building is closed online they have it marked as open for business I come out here and it's closed so very poor rating they didn't do their job I'm waiting on stuff for housing from them and I can't get it
