Needed a camper lock keyed . Employee took barrel lock off, we went back in shop. Said it would take a couple hours to rekey. I said I had drove almost 50 miles( hard to find an actual locksmith shop were I live) . Said I would wait. Went to do so errands locally. Got back 2.5 hours later. No truck out front but sign said open. I waited for another hour. That maybe he had a emergency key situation. I called him and found out he went to a friends house and his truck won't start. Won't be back at his shop today. Yep pretty darn upset I am.

Showed up 40 minutes before closing time, the lights were on, the open sign was on, and the TV was on, but the door was locked. So I called the number and was told that \we left early\ by a nearly impossible to understand voice. I can understand closing early but if you leave all your lights on and your TV on and advertise that you are open until 9 pm why act surprised when someone calls you from the shop wondering where you are.

I locked my keys in my car, and after I called they arrived very quickly! He was very quick to unlock my car and didn’t do any damage. He also made me a replacement key and all at a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of a lockout service.

This is an amazing shop! Jeff helped me out when I had no where else to turn. My key fob broke a while back so I've been down to a spare key. I tired other locksmiths and even Ace hardware and no one could help. Jeff programed my new key in less than 10 mins. No hassle! They are very professional and knows there stuff. If I had to go back I would.
