I wouldn't do business here. My parents bought a backhoe for their Kubota that they bought here. They were told that the backhoe would be installed within a week. Two weeks later no backhoe. They called and were told it would be another week or two before their tractor was picked up to get the backhoe installed. When they stated they needed it for a construction project the message was \we'll pick it up in a couple of days\ and it would be \a week or two\ for them to install the backhoe. Again when my parents stated it was needed for a project, they were told they'd get the tractor back in 4 days. 4 days later no tractor. When I stopped in to see what was going on, I was told \oh no we said it would be at least 5 days\.... Terrible business practice.

I'm a contractor who recently was working in Middlebury. Experienced a minor breakdown. Brought the machine to their shop...they were able to put a mechanic on it immediately. ...great! 1.5 hrs later the work was finished while we waited...1 mechanic...1.5 hrs and a 30 bearing.....450 bill !! I asked for some itemization...what a joke... creative, deceptive practices. I own lots of equipment (kubota!) and do business with lots of dealers and mechanics. This place can't be honest is my take away.
Great prices and very knowledgeable and helpful staff, highly recommend. I go here for repair parts for a stihl chainsaw, blower, and trimmer. Everyone is very helpful and can answer any random questions I come up with. Their prices are also the best around especially for sharpening chains.
