Before I moved to the area, I used to only go to Cherrybrook Pet Stores. (very similar type of store with higher end pet food) I went to One of the Family Pet Supply one day because I had seen it on my drive home. This place is awesome, almost anything you need for your dog or cat can be bought here, and everything is very high quality. They also have a wide selection of frozen raw food, which is perfect for my dog. Every single employee there is beyond helpful, amd you can really tell they are pet people. Ill be a customer for years to come!

Love the One Of The Family Pet Supply Pet Tags. We have been using the tags with rings for years only to find that the rings eventually wear out and fall off. We have also had the rings get caught on things. The One Of The Family Pet Supply stay put! They fit her collars perfectly and we don’t have to worry about her getting caught on anything. Wish I would have known about these years ago! Don’t hesitate you won’t be sorry

I drove by the store today and noticed a sign posted only curbside pickup. 99.5% of businesses who offer Curbside Pickup, allow you to order online for in-store pickup. Then, once you arrive at the store parking lot, you can call & select option from the phone menu. And someone will bring it out. Instead you have to call them and ask for the item you want. They don’t list any of the items they sell online so this removes the whole shopping experience? When I called and asked the owner why they don’t have an online system she replied “we are not an e commerce store” “you have to research in advance and let us know what your looking for”? In other words our business is only for repeat customers. I don’t think she realizes this is a glaring issue that will keep her from being profitable. Especially during these challenging times. Maybe once she notices the cash register isn’t ringing and singing she’ll upgrade to an online one stop shopping system. These are good people who have underinvested in technology. I wish them all the best!
