The front desk is nice and that’s all I can say that is good about this complex. Water constantly gets turned off and will stay yellow for hours after it gets turned back on even if you run it constantly. The cold water when I run the tub is always yellowish which means there’s a rusty pipe. I paid extra for an “updated” unit but it seems the only updates were to the appliances and nothing else.

My husband and I really like living here. It's affordable and the office staff are super friendly! Will and Chris have been such a big help with any issues we have! They know us by our first names and are always welcoming!!! When we do have any maintenance problem, it's so easy to call the office to get it fixed! We've never had a problem with maintenance, office staff, and our neighbors! We actually made a friend in our apartment complex which is super nice since we've been living in Middleton the last 2 years and are still new to Dane County. I'm a new mother so when I do need to go in the office, they are always asking how my baby is which is nice because it makes me feel welcomed and comfortable!!! This was our number 1 choice when my husband and I were looking for apartments!! When there is a misunderstanding between the office and us, they are so good about fixing it and turning around to make us happy! They are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and caring!! I highly recommend this apartment!!!

I've lived at Arbor Lakes for over 5 years now and I really love it. I worked on site my first year there before accepting a new position elsewhere and even though my new position gives me the flexibility to move wherever I'd like to, I've still decided to stay here. From my experience years ago as a team member on the property and my experience now as a regular neighbor, I can say that the staff here really does go out of there way to be helpful at all times. When I moved in I chose a heat included apartment overlooking the water and now that the fountains have been installed I couldn't be happier in that choice. I've had the same neighbors for years, the building is very quiet, maintenance responds really quickly although there usually aren't any issues and the grounds are nice.

My family and I have lived in 3 different apts in 10 years. I now live by myself in the perfect pond view apt. The maintenance, cleaners, grounds and office staff are extremely attentive to the ever changing needs. I've always enjoyed having the lake and campgrounds across the street. While my apt is not updated it's cozy and in good shape. If your looking for a home setting outside of Madison nearby walking trails and easy access to the city Arbor Lakes is for you!

Beautiful place to live. It has a dog park! Great place to have a dog. Great maintenance team. Office staff are very helpful.
