I can't say enough good things about this place. The burgers are fabulous, the fries are delicious, milkshakes are phenomenal. But the BEST part of this place is the PEOPLE. Whenever my wife and I come here, we feel so taken care of and the folks here are so nice. So get yourself over here, get yourself some good food, and say hi to these guys. I'd give a sixth star if Google could count that high.

I have always enjoyed five guys. Good food, fair prices and good atmosphere. The Middleton WI location has all that plus. They have an excellent management team from store level to the general manager. A small miss hap on a order lead to getting the order fixed and then some. The general manager contacted me to thank me for letting him know that the team handled everything store level. And offered an additional meal that was not needed but greatly appreciated. Customer service like this makes eating out worth it! Great job Johnny, his team and Steve. See y’all again soon

Great service and a friendly staff. Menu is simple and the food quality is on part with other places at this price point. They were having issues with their credit card system after I ordered and instead of turning me away for not having cash on hand, the store manager comped the meal. 11/10 would dine again.
We ordered curb-side pick up for 1:30PM. My husband let them know when he was on his way based on the text he received. Then he also let them know when he was there at 1:30. 10 minutes later nothing so he called. They said they'd bring order ight out.\ 15 minutes later, the order finally arrived, burgers were soggy and fries were cold. So a 1:30 pick-up was received just before 2pm. My husband watched as others went into the store, ordered, and left with their food while he waited almost 30 minutes to get our food which was supposed to be brought out at 1:30. Also really expensive for what you get. 2 burgers, medium fries, shake, and tip was 30! Highly unsatisfied and will likely not visit this location again.
