I have been using H20 Care for several years and finally bit the bullet and took their advise to upgrade my system and get my acid levels down. Well, Dave Raboldi showed up when he said, analyzed the system and scheduled my appointment. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job, not just on the installation of their system but the overall plumbing, which turned out to be a bit more complicated. Karl and Ryan were the installers and they were a pleasure to work with. Karl did the plumbing and it came out exceptionally clean and placed more appropriately for both aesthetics and servicing (he's also a dog lover and rescuer, like us)! David came back and checked on us and found our water pressure to be a bit questionable and took the time to change out the filters to a higher micron so that our pressure wouldn't be affected, checked all of our faucets on all floors and there was no charge for the call. He also explained how the system operated, the installation process and the necessary maintenance. Jamie did an excellent job on the installation. His work was very neat and professional and he explained the complete operation of the system. He left the work area clean and spotless. If you require a water treatment system, I highly recommend H2O Care!
I had an excellent experience with H2O Care! Steve and team installed a water filtration system for a home I just moved into with well water. Steve was fantastic right from the start in helping me determine what the best solution would be for my home. He gave me all the information I needed to be sure I was making the right decision. He then fully explained the system that would be going in, how it works, and what the installation process would be like. The installation itself was done very professionally, and we've been happy with the results! Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had, which I really appreciate. Of course when dealing with having clean, safe water, I wanted to make sure I was working with a company we could trust, and that was definitely the case with H2O Care! I highly recommend them!
I had a really great experience with H2O care from start to finish. They listened to my requirements (instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive solution possible) and were extremely thorough in answering all my questions. Our installer was also FABULOUS! The install is incredibly clean and his care and craftsmanship with the piping really shows. It kind of makes our old existing piping seem sloppy by comparison. I would recommend H2O care again in a heartbeat.
