So friendly. Welcoming. Joe 1 and Joe 2 are awesome. They helped me get what I actually wanted, not what was easier for them to sell. Even though I bought the lowest end model of Lexus- I was treated like I just bought a million dollar car. I love my new ride!!!

I was able to purchase my vehicle this weekend, amazing service working with Anthony. However I was assured my vehicle had been previously inspected from any problems, when I got home from my two hour drive that same day I noticed my heat/air conditioning did not work. I wish I could give this dealership a 5 star rating because service was great, but the car was not clear from all issues as they had promised.
I’ve purchased a few cars from different local dealerships in the past and Lexus by far was the most pleasant buying experience I’ve had. The vehicles are nice and the people were wonderful to work with. I never felt they were pushing for a sale at all. Instead they made sure I was satisfied as a customer. Great customer service. I live 2 hours away, but it was worth the drive. I was able to get the deal done all via email, including my trade-in. When I got there all I had to do was sign the papers and drive out with my new Lexus.
Experience was great! Anthony did a great job walking us through different options that met our growing family needs. The GM also introduced himself and answered more questions. All experience focused and not pushy. We love our new GX! Keep up the great work team!
Service department was fantastic. Super clean shop, great latte machine, quick service. I especially like the text message service with completion update time of the job. What a great feature while you are waiting.
This dealership is always thorough in their inspections and paperwork is done remotely for Covid safety.. Service people are polite and efficient. Complementary car wash as well and always offer a loaner if needed. Love getting my car work done here, although being a Lexus there really isn't much to do!
