Outstanding service! Called the office on Monday and they arrived NEXT DAY!! The service men went right to work. Josh immediately found the problem and fixed it!! It was nice to have them explain how to keep my spa in tip top condition. Super friendly staff and even with how cold it was... they still kept a smile . I signed up for their maintenance program as well. Price was fair and work was fast!! They deserve more than five stars!! You cannot go worng using this business

Great locally owned company. All the crew that comes to the house are pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. The customer service folks in the office are equally awesome. Jay worked closely with us through a difficult install and ended up saving the day when my electrician bailed. He was pleasure to work with. We’ve had the valet service for a little over a year and it has been invaluable. Really we just enjoy the tub knowing there is a full crew of people ready to help us with any question or issue. Great people-I can’t say enough about this company.
At home service for hot tub has been great; regular, timely communication via text, email and phone for upcoming service appointments, with quick follow up information on services provided. Have been readily available for information as needed, and to answer questions. Friendly, personable, and helpful Staff.
I live in North Andover & I have been working with St Cyr for around 12 years I would recommend them to anyone. Their techs are great, I needed a same day service call today because the heating unit burned out ahead of a nor’easter. They pulled through, we’re here within an hour. A great family owned business!!
These guys have no clue on customer service! i ordered for my pool cover over 4 months - they never got back to me on the cost of the pool cover! i called several times. I can even list out the names of all the people i spoke to .. Jay, Brandon, Ann, Anne Marie, Ann Ruth, Richard Penny the con man . None of them had the courtesy of calling back with the quote and moreover they took my existing pool cover, left me stranded. The pool is a mess with all the fall leaves, i called them twice every week, never came by to clean up. I had the owner Brandon and his wing man - who took a photo shoot of my messed up pool? I will be taking them to court... i sometimes feel how these folks even do business. They want your credit card number even before doing business .... i want my pool cover back that was taken!!!!
