KIMBERLY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SWEET. SHE HELPED ME EXCHANGE MY MOM'S POWER WHEEL CHAIR SEAT. SHE EVEN LOANED ME TOOLS TO ADJUST THE FOOT REST SO WE COULD IMMEDIATELY RETURN IT TO MY MOM IN ASSISTED LIVING. IT IS A BLESSING THAT YOU HAVE SUCH A GREAT PERSON ON YOUR STAFF! THANK YOU!

Been looking for 2 years for a walker and an electric scooter for big people . They had both and a huge inventory that you could test for yourself instead of ordering on line where you have to hope it will meet your needs . The walker I bought holds up to 400 pounds . I was so impressed with the quality I bought one for my wife too. The electric scooter has up to 500 pound capacity. I will be getting one soon. They also have full size handicap vans from lots of different car manufacturers . Been telling all my friends at our Senior Village .

What started off as a positive experience quickly turned negative. What was suppose to be a 4 hour install of a lift turned into a 4 day fiasco. This was my dad's only form of transportation. He passed away 4 weeks after install. Not only was the buyback offer way too low, it was suggested when I wanted to donate the lift to D.A.V. that maybe I dontate to them. For what? So they could make money twice?? Superior Auto of fishers not Only removed the lift for free, they donated and sent us the paperwork showing they did. I only gave them 2 stars because of Kimberly, if it wasn't for her it would have been 0 service dept was horrible

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that it is a long building with lots of doors and no signs telling you which to use for each service. They have chairs and mobility items on the floor for you to try. I wasn't shopping for a van so I don't know what they might have to try. I went to have the wheelchair lift in my ancient van looked at, I hadn't been able to use it for some time. I forget the service man's name, but he was wonderful and had it working in no time. Highly recommended.
