Vegans! this is the place to be if you want or need delicious foods. Their vegan wings are out of this world. The vegan BLT is my favorite sandwich there. The honee biscuits are also delicious.

One of my favorite “treat myself” takeout spots! Love the buffalo and bbq vegan Chick’n wings, and candied yam soufflé. If you get the chance to try their banana pudding special, do it! Sosososo delicious, rich, and creamy (and vegan). I’ve ordered pickup several times post-Covid and have felt very safe and had wonderful customer service.

Amazing vegan food, and the owners have such big hearts and do so much for the community!! Always love coming here- they have been a beacon of light in this pandemic. Everything is prepared and handled safely, and I am so appreciative that we have businesses like this in the area. Great food made with love, you can’t go wrong!!

My wife and I were walking to a different restaurant but saw this cool “wings and vegan” branded minivan and said, that would be cool place to eat. A few meters away we saw B&B Wings and Things. Marc greeted us with a huge smile and said trash me, you’ll love our food. We orders one vegan wing with sweet heat Thai chili which was very tasty. Main courses were Philly Cheese Steak Grinder and Pesto Chicken Panini. We had onion rings and fries that were super tasty and fresh. We highly suggest if you are in Middletown.
