I went in thinking my battery had stopped working but Ayman did a hard reboot and charged me 25. Turns out it wasn't a problem with battery at all. I got ripped off for just a hard reboot that I could've googled. Do not recommend. Totally disappointed for having to pay 25 for a hard reboot (press volume and start together). Certain nobody else charges 25 for a reboot. EDIT: Got a 25 refund from Mazen. Such a wonderful guy! Appreciate the customer care.
