I love the fact that they are offering takeout meals. The food is amazing and you get a lot for the price! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They bring the food to your car. You will NOT be disappointed!

Wow. I contacted this company to cater my wedding, a woman called me and set a time that we could all talk over the phone. I asked her to send me the menu with pricing so we could review and go over the options at our set appointment time. Never got an email so two days went by, and I called again, another lady said, there might have been a mix up with spelling so we very diligently went over my email AGAIN. Never got an email, and never got our call during our set appointment time. After reading other reviews, I am extremely glad that we decided to seek other arrangements before letting them cater our event. Don't even waste your time contacting them is my advice.

I deleted my previous review which was a good review but I just got such over the top customer service that I had to redo. I ordered two holiday meals for myself for dinner, for this weekend. I was to pick them up at 5 p.m. at C&J catering. Now, I'm used to going into the office which apparently is the building to the right of where I was supposed to go. I've been to events there and have had business there so I didn't realize to go to the building on the left. I emailed the two ladies that I know there and said the building was dark and everything seemed to be closed. Next thing I know, I'm getting a phone call from Derek saying that he has my meals and he's been waiting. At this point it's about 20 minutes later than I was supposed to have picked them up. I apologized profusely for taking up his time because it was totally my fault. He asked for my address and HE BROUGHT THEM TO MY FRONT DOOR. In my book, that is ridiculously amazing customer service! I'll never forget it and I will recommend C&J catering to everyone. FYI It was a lot of food for one meal and it was phenomenal!

We used C&J for our wedding at The Star Barn in Elizabethtown. They allowed me to customize anything I needed including needing a vegan kids option. Whenever I had a concern, they were right there with answers and fixed any issue I had. The plated meal the day of my wedding went off without a hitch and in no time at all. Everyone complimented the cocktail hour and Chrissy ran a tight ship on food, making sure everything was perfect! Contessa was our day of coordinator through them. I have never been more thankful for a person then I was for Contessa on our wedding day. If you are booking C&J, request Contessa (she is hands down freaking fabulous in every single way possible). My favorite phrase of my wedding day was, "Go find Tessa, she will take care of it". From blow drying my sister's dress when a drink got spilled on her to helping me get cleaned up at the end of the night, she was the best friend I didn't know I needed on that day!

The food provided was good and I can not complain. However, there was a major draw back to working with this company. DANIELLE STODDARD, our assigned event consultant From the first moment we met with Danielle it was clear she lacks people skills. She was dismissive, arrogant, condescending and rude to myself, my wife, and both of our families. While our wedding was wonderful we had issues with the seating arrangements the day of the wedding that had to be resolved by the bride to be. We also had issues with our signature drink. Not only did C and J run out of the signature drink (which was payed for separately) , but once the issue was addressed she responded with an email that did not resolve the issue and was again rude and dismissive. If you choose to do business with this company I would highly recommend asking for some other than Danielle.

We are using C&J catering for our wedding in May 2019. But we are not just using them for catering we are also using them for a deserts, day off coordination and floral and decor. Yes they really do offer all of those services. So far they have made us feel sobwelcome and a part of the family. They have been prompt to answer emails and will to listen to what you want, tell you if they think it won't work but also offer a suggestion for something similar. We have had a tasting with them and their food is delicious and the florals they had on display we're gorgeous too. I will have to update after our wedding.
