My husband and I moved in January and our new home has been a full-time project of renovations. I called and made an appointment and was quickly accommodated with an appointment on one particular Monday. Monday came and I knew I had to be home for my appointment but non the less my husband and a few of our contractors where home all day doing more renovation work. At the end of my scheduled window of time for our appointment I called the company wondering where they might be. The young lady who was pleasant answered and said she left me a message on my phone and this was true. She did call at 10:15am, but for her to then say that the workers came by and no one was here was quite disappointing. There where people here ALL DAY. My home is being renovated and there are contractors in and out and my husband who didn’t make the appointment with this company was home as well, working on the house. I’m Very disappointed in the lack of communication. They tried to reschedule but at this time I had already made plans to work my full time job throughout the week. And to clarify the 10:15an phone call that they made stating the workers were complete with the job before mine and wanted to come by earlyAnd I didn’t pick up. Again, there were PEOPLE HERE ALL DAY. Therefore an earlier stop by could of been accommodated.
