While AAA kept me on-hold for 20 minutes without ever talking to an actual person, CT Towing answered on the first call and sent a truck out for a very local tow in about 15 minutes. They kept me on the line while the driver found me. I am very thankful for the punctuality and service.

I was having problems with my Vehicle, I contacted this Service place, spoke to a guy name Charles. Man this guy was great, providing insight on ways to approach the task at hand. It meant a lot to me that he showed genuine concern. Great customer service experience! Thanks a million, from Lil Joe!

I had been trying to get a tow from my insurance company since 1:30 pm... after many calls and 4 .5 hours later, I called CT Towing/Alpha Auto... they came within 20 minutes!! I’d use them for my towing needs anytime!
Go elsewhere! I called them to tell them they did a service wrong and the owner yelled at me and the employee. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY! When Charles (the owner) was yelling I was completely shocked.
