Went there because I heard good things and needed a good walking shoe that would help with my heel pain. At first he was nice and helpful but then came the pushy selling tactics. I opted for him to make my a basic insert, not the super expensive custom one and he left my foot in the machine too long while he helped another customer leaving a red mark around my calf where he tied it on. Then I had to tell him the machine was too tight on the other foot around the tips of my toes turning them white. Then I decided on a pair of sneakers that he insisted were not too big in front and I ordered a color I liked better but when I was voicing further concerns to him he said “I’m getting a headache “ like I was annoying him. Then he ordered the shoes in the size he thought and a half size smaller and insisted I’d be happy. So they really might have been too big. We’ll see when I pick them up. He also glossed over the cost of the plastic orthotic quickly throwing out numbers. Total of orthotic and sneakers was 280 hope they are good.
