Poor customer service. Told me a time for delivery and don't show up nor call to update. Still have not received my rental for a big party having tomorrow. Leaving voicemails and no one calls back.

My wife and I rented the water slide from these guys and let me tell you we could not be any more pleased. This company made us feel like family. The schedule drop off was on time and they are very flexible with the time. The scheduled pick-up was just as good. They where professional throughout the whole transaction and accepted multiple forms of payment, making it easy on us. I already recommended them to friends and family because of how much fun the children had. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future. Very good experience, highly recommend. I rented tables and chairs and a few days before delivery added in a 20x30 tent. Smooth delivery, obviously cares for their product and their customer service was top notch. Will definitely rent from again!
