After my doctor of many years retired, I dreaded trying to find another physician that would be as kind, caring, and thorough as mine was, but I lucked out with Dr Schlegel. He really is an amazing and thorough physician, as well as kind. The staff is awesome and always there to help. I cant recommend him highly enough!

For Penn State Hershey to be of such “good quality and high standards” I find it very unfortunate that the staff at this specific location are not only terribly unorganized but UNTRUTHFUL! As you can see from other comments I can attest as well that they definitely mix files up and will lie to your face. They are in a position to where they can say one thing to you and then it will be a completely different situation the next time you speak with them. If you like people who smile in your face and tell you what you want to hear then this is the place for you. HOWEVER if you are looking for professionals who are truthful and consistent with they’re words then stay far away from this place. Don’t be a victim of these people crossing your information with other patients information and then being labeled as “unqualified” at the end of it all.

Dr. Schlegel is the worst. the whole staff and service is the worse. im still in pain and they didn’t help me the first time at all.

I found it to be very disappointing. Seemed like you were a number. Very unprofessional. Just wanted money. They would loose test results even after i handed them the paperwork personally. My psych test was done by student interns. I eventually went to another hospital in Phila. I have had excellent results going from 380 to 247 lbs in yr and a half. Best decision i made was to change hospitals.

I cannot thank Dr. Lutzkanin enough for the successful delivery of my child. He is kind, intelligent, caring, dedicated, smart, and wonderful. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Dr. Lutzkanin! This place is also full of wonderful staff who are always willing to work with you to accommodate your needs.
