Purchasing a sofa can be exhausting, and after visiting SEVERAL stores, we went to Bassett Middletown and met Nancy Romano. She was the FIRST sales person to LISTEN to what our needs were and did not try to upsell us. She helped us find exactly what we needed. We purchased our sofa right before COVID hit and she kept in touch with us to ensure we would get delivery of our sofa when we were ready for it. Delivery was fantastic and we LOVE our couch!!

We just received all our furniture which our designer from Bassett helped us with. Dana was absolutely amazing! Her taste, recommendations, knowledge and eye was great! We were so grateful to have her help us. And our furniture is beautifully made!
