Called multiple times, left messages, emailed but no one will return a message or email. Have one question in reference to paperwork but I’ve been waiting two weeks.

They were very nice in the office I was able to speak to somebody about the notice of a tax lien on my property meat right there in the office instead of the attorneys from out of town
The person I spoke to today was rude and condescending. It's amazing how the tax statement gets sent to the wrong address for several years. And then you have to jump through only certain hoops to get the address corrected. Still I'm not surprised that I had a rude and snooty person on the other end of the line being that I'm speaking to somebody from the great wonderful place of Midland Texas.
Just Cuz the bad reviews, I'm going to take my business somewhere else Blanka needs to be fired
Was transferred to a supervisor when the first person I contacted was unable to answer my question. Not sure if the supervisor just hates her job or was having a bad day, but had a really bad attitude for just answering questions.
