I love this store and the girls that work here! I’ve never ever had any complaints! I am however super frustrated with the hours lately! I have no idea when this store will be open but I’ve been there three times this past week and they are never open. And then I look online and the hours say 12-6 on sundays and open Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and closed the rest of the week, apparently those hours aren’t correct. The sighs on the door aren’t correct hours either But will someone please just let us know when y’all will be open? What days and times?? I just wanna shop

They have the strangest hours during corona. I’m here at 11:34am on a Sunday and they aren’t open till noon. And they close at 6pm— i work an hour outside of midland and it’s hard to be able to get to the store during the week to pick up my orders and do some retail therapy. Also, made an online order but package didn’t arrive for 2 months and nobody from the store bothered to call me. I had to call their customer service to retrieve the shipping information and call the store myself to see if it had finally arrived. Prior to corona, this was never an issue.

This is the second time I’ve attempted to come to shop. The store has such strange hours and though it states on the door that they are open 12 to 6 starting November 8th and is now November 15 still not open. I live an hour out of town and have been a loyal Torrid member but since they are not ever open I guess I’ll be looking for a new store to shop at. Update 11/22/2020: Came back by today since the hours updated yesterday stating they’d be open and nope still closed. So frustrating.

I am as well confused on hours. Yes ive made multiple trips from odessa and hours online and on door are very incorrect.grrrr!

This place is NEVER OPEN!! How are they still in business?? The sign shows open 12-6 on Thursdays and I was there at 12:35 today (Thurs) wanting to look around. Also, this isn’t the 1st time this has happened. It doesn’t matter what time or day I go, they are literally NEVER OPEN!! Soooo frustrating
