I was doing Power Cleans on the Olympic Weightlifting Platform. It is standard to drop the weight from the front rack position when performing a power clean. This is what the platform and the bumper plates are specifically designed for. However, when I dropped the weights, a trainer came up to me and asked if the weight was too heavy for me in a sarcastic tone. I’m still going to keep coming here because I love using the pool but just know that if you enjoy Olympic weightlifting, don’t get fooled by the platform. It’s not for you.

I’m religious about my workouts and have dropped almost 25 lbs since rejoining. You guys go the extra mile on keeping this gym clean and social distant and it is well appreciated. However, my only complaint is the hours. You guys should have already moved to opening at least by 5am. School has started and many parents need the earlier hours for workouts. All the competition has done it and now it is time you do as well. Please

They make it impossible for you to cancel your membership during times of Covid when you have no interest of going into a gym. Can't get ahold of anyone on their phone #...just a long wait. Only give you option to freeze your account for a pay cycle or two then will sneak up on you and charge you for next cycle that freeze lapses and past the opt out period. Don't get an email notification or any warning that about to get charged again. So I have been charged now for multiple months of gym membership/personal training sessions unused and didn't want. I just want to cancel my membership and they make it so difficult.

Am. Family is doing a great job with sanitizing and social distancing. I was very pleasantly surprised with all the precautions they are taking during this stressful time. I was nervous the 1st day I went back not knowing what to expect, but I have felt comfortable coming back to the gym. It's been wonderful getting back into my exercise routine.
