It's a great place to live!
I have been living here as a resident for almost 10 years and playing Pokémon Go at the recreation center is something I’ve been doing for awhile. However, I was confronted by a cop who told me the head of the “neighborhood watch” didn't like the fact that I was at the PUBLIC recreation center by myself minding my business and I was told that I could be charged with trespassing. I didn’t know our amazing “neighborhood watch” despised the fact that I didn’t bother anyone and minded my own business even cleaning up the trash left by people here. To me, this is a complete insult to me and the other people who come here to do the same. Don’t even get me started on the HOA either who threaten to fine you if your grass is just a centimeter over their length limit.
I live here so probably a bit biased. Low HOA fees that include pool, clubhouse, and playground. Nice walking paths along the main road. HOA works to keep things up.
