Horrible experience. Only one employee wearing their mask properly. Family member with egg allergy ordered a salad. The menu doesn't list that it contains eggs. After receiving the item, it has a boiled egg on top. We told the staff about her allergy. Instead of remaking it without the egg, the employee literally grabbed the boiled egg off the salad and gave it back. After demanding a new salad, another employee walked up, took the old salad, and brought us a new one. My own burger was not made how I ordered. After taking it back, the employee (the same one who just took the egg off of the salad and gave it back) asked me if i just wanted the things I was missing on another tray, completely disregarding the toppings that were on the burger that I didn't want. Also, former employees have told me about how they only get paid a couple dollars an hour because they receive tips. However, the employees are not servers. You order at the register, fill your own drink, then sit down. They call your order number when your food is ready and then, you go to the counter to get it. Whataburger employees do more actual serving by bringing the food to you and they don't receive tips. Never eat here.

Man was so looking forward to eating here from all of the reviews. Well sorry to say wasnt worth the wait. And wait we did. Not that busy first in line waiting to order. 10 minutes later order taken. Did I mention it wasnt that busy. 30 minutes later they called our number. Buns were cold fries were cold onion rings cold. And the onion rings 3 bucks for 8 of the thinnest wimpiest scrawniest rings i ever saw in a plate. The burger was over cooked but it least it was warm. I asked for no grilled onions i guess that means extra. Couldn't say that it was worth all of that once we dug in. Not that spectacular at all. Doubt we would return with many other options in town.
Another great place to eat! They say it takes a little bit as they make everything fresh, and it was worth the wait. Fantastic burgers, and the homemade onion rings hit the spot. A must try if you're looking for a great burger.
I have actually been here several times. Sometimes for food, others just for drinks in bar area. Nice crowd and staff. I had a cheeseburger and fries, which I enjoyed very much.
Burgers are good, but the staff does not wear mask during Covid.
