Robert and the whole team at Cowboy Party Rentals were WONDERFUL. I got a text the previous day saying they would be arriving to set up between 7:46am-9:46am and they showed up at 7:47am. Super quick set-up and take-down. The kids absolutely loved the water slide (I rented the 20' laguna wave water slide) and the adults loved the yard pong game. We will absolutely be renting from them again.
The process of renting the bounce house/slide was so easy and the delivery and pick up couldn’t have been easier. They communicated a small window in which they’d arrive to set up and the same when they were coming to pick it up. No surprises or hidden fees either. Excellent communication and wonderful quality of product. Would absolutely use again and recommend to any and everyone!
They did great with arriving and setting up on time before the party. The kids loved the inflatable. Will definitely be using this company again!
Great service and product! I submitted a last minute request for mini-golf course holes for an event after being dropped by the first company we booked. The owner Billy himself reached out to me right away over a weekend to make sure I could get what I needed! He is very responsive, friendly, and great comparable pricing. I will definitely use them again and refer them to our other clients!
