We were in the market for a low milage, previously owned, Nissan Altima that fit within our price range. Our son had worked with Andre with two previous car purchases and was very pleased with the service and experience at Hyman Bros.. When we inquired about the hours, we were informed we could make an appointment. Donell met with us individually and provided excellent customer service. He listened to our concerns and needs and we went home with the care we wanted! Hope in finances made our transition quick and easy, too. UPDATE: Sadly I lost this wonderful car in a flash flood on July 4, 2019. wonderful car. WE replaced it with a 2016 Nissan Altima Sport from Hymn Bros Nissan. Great service!

I’ve been going to the Nissan service department for quite a few years (Many thanks to Robert, Marcus and Ricky). I’d been looking to purchase another Nissan and was in the service department waiting on an oil change. Everyone I spoke with there from customers to employees raved about Rhonda Boothe. I went over and sat with Rhonda, explained what I was looking for and had the flexibility of three months before I really needed to make a purchase. Well in no time Rhonda found a better vehicle and deal than any of the vehicles I had looked at online. But even better, she had an employee from their Hyman dealership in Newport News drive the vehicle up so we could test drive it. My husband and I were so pleased with the vehicle and knew it would be great for our daughter. Normally, I’m not super involved with the car buying process and my husband would take care of it. This time I was involved from start to finish because Rhonda Boothe made it easy to get everything done. If you are thinking about or ready to buy a vehicle, Rhonda Boothe will take great of you while finding your next vehicle. She is the upmost professional, extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent service to her customers. I’ll definitely be back to see Rhonda when we are looking for another vehicle.

Took a 2015 Nissan Altima in for its last free oil change and state inspection..Of course they come out and tell me that I need a headlight.....yes a whole headlight because it wont pass inspection...I told them to put a rejection sticker on it because if nissan cant make a headlight that last more than 5 years I'm trading it in on a honda or Toyota. Come to find out the dishonest mechanic put some kind of grey grease or putty in the housing that you get to from the wheel well. Popped plastic off wheel well pulled bulb, took wd-40 and a rag and cleaned it right off. Its passed inspection now but not at hyman bros or any other big dealership. They pay their mechanics by the job. So some of these people dont make alot of money if they dont lie. IF YOU NEED TO LIE TO TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE TO MAKE MONEY, WHY NOT FIND A JOB THAT WILL PAY YOU BY THE HOUR? WHY WORK FOR THESE DEALERSHIPS AND ALLOW THEM TO PAY LIKE THAT? HYMAN BROTHERS NISSAN IS A BREEDING PLACE FOR DISHONESTY AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE THAT WAS GOING TO COST ME 500 DOLLARS. AND TOOK 2 MINUTES TO FIX.......FREE......look at the fingerprint on the lens!!!! Pretty good giveaway something stupid was going on.
