I called Stemmle for a routine pumping of my septic system. Mike M and Jorge P responded on time and with a level of professionalism and customer service that was more than 5 stars. Please if you need to use this company ask for Mike M, he made sure I knew every step he was taking to locate, pump and service the tank. He also made sure I understood how to use the bio -clean each month before he left. Definitely made me a return customer!

It was not an easy job to locate septic tank ( I had built a patio in the area), take care of clogs and rewire the septic pump which was not working. I was given info on each step needed and the cost before actions were taken.

I cannot say enough about the promptness, the speed, and the quality of help given. My wife and I called last night around 10pm after our downstairs toilet flooded the bathroom and laundry room. They called back within 10 minutes. . .that is not a typo, it was 10 minutes. The technician was here about an hour later and took the time to explain that not only did we have a clog, we also had a pipe just outside in the front yard that was crushed and causing the entire backup. The technician was able to clear the clog enough for us to get through the night (with four children we had to be able to flush a toilet in the morning), scoped the pipe to find the damaged section, called for a quote to fix the pipe the next day, and was completely done within an hour. The next day, two technicians arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and got started. The hole was dug, the damaged pipe removed, a new piece of pipe was installed, and the hole was filled back in within 45 minutes. Absolutely incredible. They dug the hole with shovels and their bare-hands without a single complaint. Just amazing customer service from all involved (from the service manager who returned the emergency call, to the technicians who did the work, to the dispatcher who helped schedule the same day service to repair the pipe). Thank you so much for all the help, we will definitely use Stemmle again if needed, and recommend Stemmle to everyone we know.

Have lived in my house for over 2 years and have had 2 sewer back ups both have occurred after hours so I couldnt use my warranty 1400 dollars in snaking between the 2 roto rotor discovered a septic tank that was not disclosed in my closing agreement. I called stemmle plumbing to have the thing cleaned drained anything only to find out it would need to be converted to the city it was the best option every technician they sent to my residence pleasant,professional,honest, and just plan nice even when I wanted to be mad and sometimes I was it cost me alot of money. My only frustration was with the work foreman and lack of communication but we cleared the air and he is GREAT guy .I want to finish off by saying we knew we needed to reseed our yard when they finished because the whole thing was destroyed but we came home and guess what they did that for us to .... Thanks So Much
