I'm happy to see all the great reviews and everyone had better luck than I did with this company. Dont get me wrong they were very nice and professional but after spending money twice to get my ac/heater checked it still doesn't work. They just keep telling me there is nothing wrong with it. I'm no ac tech but I have enough sense to know when the outside fan NEVER comes on and the heater is blowing COLD air that something is wrong. I was told I could pour water down a tube. Also told I could re set the breaker (which still no clue why since it wasn't tripped) but I still did everything that was suggested. Still blows cold air. Oh well maybe one day I'll find someone who can fix it. I gave up trying. If a company tells you twice there is nothing wrong what do you do? Guess it's a good thing I sleep better when it's cold.

I returned from my vacation in the winter to find out my furnace stopped working. Max was quick to get his technician Larry out the same day to diagnose the problem. He found out the motor went out and ordered the part. Larry came back and fixed it the next day! He was very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend them for their reliability and expertise.
