I was recently involved in a tenant landlord dispute were my landlord used this company to reglaze a bathtub that my landlord claimed I damaged. She hired midnight reglazing and sent me their bill. I reviewed the bill a noticed that whomever filled out the invoice happened to put damage possibly caused by children’s toys. YEAH. Apparently, Mr. Jerry with his 20 years of experience used gave his expert opinion that children’s toys may have caused the damage. I proceeded to call and speak to him I asked if it was standard practice to put that he said "YES" however possibly doesn’t mean a definite answer.I even informed him that I did not want to subpoena him to have to come to court and explain things causing him to miss work. He said he would email me that his possibly was not a definite yes. He never emailed me. However, when I arrived at court and my landlord showed me her evidence, I saw the nice email you sent her about me. How I was angry, Rude, and unprofessional, YEAH, I SHOULDA SUPENAD YOUR ASS HAVE YOU MISS FOUR HOURS OF WORK, TIME, MONEY, JUST TO ASK YOU A COUPLE QUESTIONS IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE YEAH THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH NICER THAN ME NOT DOING THAT RIGHT! Let me tell you my child was under the age of 1 when the damage was reported and IDK how many children play with hammers. They usually play with soft rubber toys, and idk how those toys can damage a "Properly Reglazed Bathtub. Furthermore, how can children’s toys damage a manmade porcelain bathtub. My child wasn’t taking hammers to the thing. While serving this country I was taught 1 thing and that was to do things right. It seems like this company didn’t want to do the work for free obviously, my landlord didn’t want to pay for it, so they tried to get me HA! PS beat My landlord in trial. Show your expert opinion can’t hold up in court. TENANTS PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU RECIEVE A BILL FROM THIS COMPANY FROM YOUR LANDLORD REVIEW IT HE DEFINATELY HELPS THEM OUT.
