WOW!! Best customer experience in years!! It was the little things that really added up. 1. Lowest cost - 45 2. Efficient - he didn't waste my time 3. FREE yearly sticker - Special for that day!! 4. FREE Registration - putting it into the system (of course I had to pay the yearly registration cost) 5. Instead of giving me 3 sheets of paper (emissions, safety, registration) he gave me a copy of all three for my personal records and then copied all 3 forms onto 1 sheet of paper. Why? If I ever do get pulled over by the police I only have to locate 1 piece of paper instead of 3 pieces of paper!! 6. He went out, cleaned off my license plate and put the decal on Seriously, who does that? Someone that wants my repeat business!!! I have 2 more vehicles that I need to register in the coming months. Guess where I will ALWAYS be going? Emissions Express!!

They we quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great deal for the services they provided. I get all my oil changes and repair work done there for all my family's vehicles. I normally don't write reviews for places but I was so impressed with the employees there I wanted to let everyone know what a great job they did. In an industry that is full of un-trustworthy people, it was refreshing to find some mechanics that weren't trying to add unneeded repairs and parts onto the bill. I fully suggest you take a chance on these guys.
Jake is the best and truly cares. He helps you no matter what it seems like. I have gone to him for years and will always want him to be the one helping me with my vehicles. I trust him completely and he has earned that trust again and again. He helps me make sure my family and I aren't overcharged by someone else if we need work done on our cars by someone else. He has also helped fix our cars on his own time. He is just amazing! I cant say enough good things about him and where he works at Emissions Xpress in Midvale Utah.
In and out in 5 minute with an emissions test. Super efficient and even put the sticker on for me. Definitely would recommend this place 100x over the jiffy lube down the street. Great guy and great service.
I just came back from getting my truck inspected at this business. First time there, prompted by the reviews I read prior to visiting. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed with which I was helped and David's kindness in making a concession given the failure of his credit card processing machine and my having to drive to a cash machine to be able to pay. This is not, however, the reason for a good review. I simply think it's important to hone in on the respectful and quick customer service provided by any business, in hopes that others would follow suit. Emissions Xpress will have my business from now on. Thank you, Dave!
Doesn't open at 8:00am or even 9:00am for that matter. Although, there is a sign on the door that says they will be back at 8. Make sure you call first because they don't seem to have professional office hours and you might be wasting your time. Can't say that service is equally unreliable since I didn't make it through the door.
This is the only place I will ever take my vehicles in for emissions, I've been to other places and they don't care about any of your other car issues. Jake is more than willing to lend you some advice on what's going on with your car. This is where all my personal vehicles and company vehicles have been tested for a few years now. I would highly recommend bringing your car here.
Matt (manager) is a great guy. He took good care of my car and was very fair in his assessment of the car. I highly recommend. The only negative was that he had two computer systems, which was a tad confusing.
