Yummy variety of BBQ and healthy portions. Recommend stopping at this local BBQ spot! Ordered the 3 meat platter and jalapeño poppers.

The food was really good but the price and amount left something to be desired. I felt like they should double the food or cute the price. Honestly, Worth going to once to taste it but I probably won't order from them again.

Absolutely the worst ribs I've had in my life. Possibly the worst food served to me at a restaurant ever. We ordered a whole rack of spare ribs and it came out as a stack of tan and grey boiled meat on an dull white plate. It's like someone stuck the rack in a crockpot, forgot the salt, and thought really hard about wood smoke. No flavor no nothing. I cannot express how disappointed I was. It's hard leaving a bad review like this for a locally owned place but this was over the top bad. We literally paid our 24 and left to go eat somewhere else. I hope ownership sees this and makes changes.

We have been coming to Joe Morley's since it opened back in the 1980's. It just not as good as it once was. They brought us brisket today that I know Joe would not have served-- it was fatty, tough and cold. When we call their attention to it, they got us more and it was better, but still not great. This is what happens with many restaurants once the owner turns it over to somebody else. They just don't have to commitment that the original owner did. Unless they get their act together, I see a slow death for what used to be one of the premier smoked brisket places in Salt Lake City. It's sad to see happening.

Always loved this place. But it is going downhill. Last two times we have come they are out of onion chips and it appears very slow. So obviously poor preparation. Brisket was fatty, baked beans were soggy. I hope they get back to quality food. Tonight also no ribs. How can you run out of so much, so regularly? Don't want to be disappointed but its hard when you can't get the food you like.
