We have a Ram multi-function tailgate and were not very excited about the limited number of bedcover options available to us. However, Sam T. Evans in Sandy worked with us to find the perfect solution to get the exact bedcover we wanted. Their shop was able to make the necessary alterations to make it work. I had posted previously because they had infuriated me with not helping me quickly. I came back to give them another shot. I was impressed this time. They jumped on it quickly and had options ready. I think the first time I caught them in a busy situation and I fell through the cracks. They were quick nice and got me handled. I'm glad I gave them a second chance.

I originally got my tonneau cover from Sam T Evans quite a while back and they were fantastic to work with then. This weekend I broke a clip and I have been missing a screw for one other part so I stopped in there today. A young gentleman helped me and came out threw the clip in, threw the screw in and said thanks for your business. Extremely satisfied and I would highly recommend Sam T Evans

These guys don’t really care about people or customer service, they care about making money. I’m only a repeat customer because these guys are the only Leer dealers in Northern Utah. I’m unhappy with prices, very happy with products they sell but again unhappy with customer care and service. I felt like an inconvenience and was treated mediocre through the entire process. Crossing my fingers another Leer dealer opens up to compete with these guys before I need another truck shell!

This is the first review I've ever written, as I think I've had one of the worst buying experiences of my life with this place. I needed a shell for a very specific work purpose, and needed it within 8 weeks. I shopped around to other brands that I preferred, and was told they would be 10-12 weeks out due to COVID. I let the other brands know I wasn't able to work within that timeline, thanked them for being upfront, and accepted that reality. I contacted Sam T. Evans, and the salesperson assured me they were 6-8 weeks out, and guaranteed it would be ready to install by Thanksgiving at the latest. I ordered my shell early October. Today is January 8th and the shell still has not arrived. My issue is not with the realities of the supply market currently, rather the dishonesty of the sales team to get a sale. I've also had really bad experiences with the sales team when I call to check on the latest updates. I've been met with grumpy people wondering why I was expecting the shell any sooner than 10-12 weeks. No accountability for their dishonesty or manipulative sales tactics. Really a bummer. The need I had for the shell has passed, and I am still waiting for a very expensive product that I purchased because I was deceived.
