I had repair service done at Airstream Orange County and although I did not purchase my Airstream from this dealership, the customer service I received from the employees/managers is far superior. It is very apparent that the management team has effectively instilled a 'customer first' environment, which is few and far between in today's world. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

Had to bring in my 2018 Airstream Interstate to get a new upgraded battery system and some new upgraded cabinet latches installed. Fortunately I was lucky enough to work with their service manager Dillon Johnson who provided me with outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was super kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, efficient in covering all the bases and ensuring everything was taken care of with my Airstream.
