Mark and his team did a great job. Very professional. We had siding, roofing and guttering done. Each project was completed promptly. Mark answered any questions we had and was very good about communicating with us about progress and status. Everything was cleaned up as they went, leaving no mess at the end of the day. Definitely use again on any future project.

During a windstorm the night before Thanksgiving, a tree fell on my rental house causing massive damage. During this really stressful time, Alex and Mark were so supportive and let me know that everything would be fine. Alex was there when the insurance adjusters inspected the roof to make sure they didn't miss anything and immediately put a tarp over the damaged area. During the long process of working with my insurance company (no fault of Midwest Contractors), there were several snow storms. Alex always went by the house to make sure everything was OK and would call or text to reassure me. He was always available if I had any concerns. Once the work was able to be done, they did the work professionally and quickly. My daughter who lives in the house was very impressed. They did not pressure me for payments early on. I paid 50% after most of the work was completed and the remainder after the insurance company made the final settlement. My house looks great and I will definitely use them again to do work on my home.
