I love this company. Their Kente products are authentic made in Ghana. Because the stoles are handmade, the company provides works for hundreds of artisans. This provides a significant influx of money into the economy. In addition, the Kente stoles provide a way for each student to make his or her graduation that much more special. I highly recommend this company..
I called the company today in regards to not having received the order in the time that I was supposed to have my shipment delivered. I have a tracking number and tracked my order, but for some reason, my order did not arrive, which was what I was trying to communicate to the person over the phone. This person was rude and unprofessional and according to the person, they were also the owners. If this is the way this person treats customers, it isn't okay. When people contact the business, it isn't to be mistreated or patronized. I wasn't asking for a full refund, but just an explanation of how the business would help in the case my order was lost/stolen. Worst experience in dealing with an online company.
