I have worked with this company for two years now and it is a great company to work for. They are dedicated to getting the job done and things run smoothly. They never leave a job undone and are willing to go past the limits to leave a customer satisfied. If you are looking for a company to work for as a 15-year-old I would recommend Midwest. There is always a opportunity to grow. And when you go off to college you can always come back and work for them when you come back.

Good people to work with. The management is really nice and responsive if there is a problem with lifeguarding. I highly recommend working for MPM if you need a good summer job to make some good money as a teenager. 100% Recommended working here.

I actually really loved lifeguarding. The pay was poor but it was easy to get hired and the hours were flexible. The company started hiring anybody who applied, including teens who were unprofessional and not suited to do the tasks at hand. A lot of guards didn’t take the job seriously, and sometimes showed up under the influence. On the bright side, management was super nice- just unorganized. The training was short and expensive, some guards could barely swim. My last summer there one of our head guards didn’t know how to do the Heimlich maneuver. I moved on and joined the Army... getting yelled at by drill sergeants was more fun. I’d suggest finding a different job if you’re looking for something entry level. Don’t let the good reviews fool you, they provide insensitives for employees who give positive reviews.

Midwest pool management is a great company. I was a resident of a pool they maintained and I was also an employee for several years. I can say without a doubt I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services. Everyone in the office is extremely hard working and take pride in their work. They always try to satisfy their customers. Great company in many ways!
