Would insult, call us names, ignore us, hang up on us. They should get a 0. Check website. Nothing about treating beneficiaries, guardians, or family members with respect or dignity. I want to give up guardianship just to stay away from verbally abusive staff. Beware. Without a huge, expense account to fight them legally, you are at their mercy. My experience is not pretty. I don't wish them on my enemies!
