I have been working with Midwest Thermal Vac for close to 5 years now and I have always had a fantastic experience! They are family owned which I think makes them easier to do business with. They are very personable and compassionate unlike some corporate owned companies that are lacking personality.

I called for a quote on 10 lbs to do Carbon Nitriding. I was told that if I was not in a hurry they would group it with another order. Price would be 40. I sent the parts in. Months went by. No one would return my call. I finally reached someone in the back room. Told the employee of my negative experience. He informed me that the owner does this all the time. After 6 months the owner’s daughter contacted me and I was told the bill was 400. What happened to 40? She said I would be lucky to get my parts back for 400. This is normally a 700 process.
