I rented one of their carpet cleaners and it was the cleanest machine I’ve ever seen. It was also super easy to use. Not to mention whatever cleaning solution I bought from them left my carpets smelling so good. I’ve seen a lot of carpet cleaners in my day and this was hands down the nicest one I’ve ever used as well as it was rented at a great price! Highly recommend!!!

MIdwest Vacuums installed our central vac system when we built our house. It was one of the best decisions we made in terms of building our house! While it may not be something pretty to look at - like an upgrade on granite or tile, it truly changed how we clean and live our day to day life... pretty upgrades can come later especially since trends change. But a nice clean house with central vac will last forever... well at least until I brush my cat ;-). Sarah was awesome with working with us to get what we wanted and what we needed! I would highly recommend Midwest Vacuum for central vac if you're in the market, or anything vacuum related if you need to buy a new one!
VISIT THIS STORE BEFORE MAKING ANY VACUUM DECISIONS ( Buying/repairing/questions) So i went into the store, determined to buy a new Dyson or some other brand... ( Forgot my new house i bought had carpet- mistake on my end lol) and my old vacuum was just end of life( lasted 3 years and was only 80 bucks) Talked to a gentleman, and he started asking me questions about my house ( flooring, dogs, cats etc). Immediately pushed me away from what I wanted and gave good reasons why! Also offered a different type of vacuum and why... I explain i had a old school bagged vacuum from way back when that the previous homeowner left but didn't work( this is the kind he wanted me to have anyways due to carpet and pets) !!!!.. Advised me to bring it in/ and the will take a look at it... After that I then payed the 80 to have it serviced and try that before making a major purchase.... Service only took about 1/2 week! This Vacuum is the best one i have ever had in 15 years of owning vacuums! and I saved money, A LOT OF MONEY!!!!! *******They chose service over trying to sell me a new vacuum!!!! I mean these are the shops and service we need!!!!!!********
I purchased a vacuum from Midwest Vacuums and they have been a pleasure to work with since that date. The staff helped me decide which vacuum best fit my personal needs. They were very knowledgeable and friendly without pushing a sale. It is wonderful to have a local store to service my vacuum as well. They are fast and efficient! They are always stocked with vacuum bags when I need them...no need to wait! So glad Midwest Vacuums is in Lee's Summit! Thank you!!
Love, love my central vac! I had it in my previous home we built and I’m getting a retractable in my new house!! It’s super easy and worth it. Sarah and her employees are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. You gotta vacuum at least weekly, why not go to the best for all your needs!
