Mike fixed some sprinkler heads few years back and I was lucky enough to catch him personally to make the appointment. Other times I'd reach whoever his answering service was which was definitely disappointing and wouldn't be surprised if one lady intentionally sabotaged his business

Mike does excellent work for me. If you can't track him down or if he doesn't return your call.......suck it up and and quit wasting your time and call someone else. Next time I need work done I will call him again.!
The irrigation system was fine, but his subsequent service is dismal. He said he would give us a layout of where the sprinkler head were and never did this even after several reminders. Then when I have called multiple times for repair of a leak he refuses to call me back. I swear we have been very polite with him. But now I am going elsewhere for service on this system. Grrr!
Mike will be glad to sell you a new sprinkler system, but you will never get him to service the system after the sale. Have been trying to get him to service our system for a year and a half, probably 30 phone calls.. he never has called back. I have never seen such poor customer service from any business
After years of being a satisfied customer....this year not so much. I have called three times to make an appointment to have a much needed repair done (thankfully we have had a lot of rain) and so far no one has bothered to call back.
I hire Mike Combs every year to winterize my sprinklers and blow out the lines at my property every year. This year the back flow valve froze and cracked. Only way that happened was the system wasn't properly winterized. Have called over 5 times and have made many appointments and he doesn't show up. I am really disappointed he just blows me off and I have paid him on time, every time. I feel that he is ignoring me because he or his employees did not do a good job and he doesn't want to fix it. Very disappointed with his service and the lady on the phone I spoke with at Mike Combs yelled at me saying "you don't think we are responsible, do you?" Yes I do and he should fix his mistake.
Called him twice. Doesn't show up for his appointments.
