My service appointment was a pleasant one. The service rep Jessica was very informative and friendly. She was the bright spot. The customer waiting area was quite dirty however, which wouldn't normally bother me, but nowadays cleanliness is imperative.

I've purchased a couple vehicles from different Mike Maroone locations. I was looking for an additional small SUV this time. James was easy to work with, & I was at the dealership for only two hours or so. Great experience, although the finance manager was rather pushy about adding things on.
