I am not satisfied with the way Troy at my Perry Dodge handled the situation with our vehicle. I had called and had the car towed due to a light that continues to come on and during that time I requested a radiator cap to be put on the vehicle as well. Troy reassured me that he would get the cap on. Fix the sensors that needed fixing and take the car for a test drive. If he had taken the car for a test drive he would have seen that the car is overheating. We picked the vehicle up drove about to SFA, and our car is running hot. I called and turned around took the car back and was told by Troy that (I would have to purchase a radiator cap, fluids and that we would have to put the products in and on the car while it is in the parking lot of Mike Perry.) And this is after I just spent another 286 on the car and in my request as a repairs was to replace radiator cap sincerely an upset mama

I HAD MY OIL & FILTER CHANGED A WEEK AGO DON'T KNOW IF THE TECH WAS HAVING A BAD DAY OR WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BUT ALL I KNOW IS I PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT NEVER HAPPENED. WELL I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER AND HE WAS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL , BUT WHEN I TOOK MY CAR BACK THE ORIGINAL GUY )ALEX )THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO CHANGE MY OIL HAD AN ATTITUDE AND WANTED TO ARGUE ABOUT IT . WELL I'M NOT ONE TO ARGUE WHEN I'M RIGHT LET'S JUST SAY THANKS TO THE SERVICE MANAGER IT WAS DONE RIGHT.
