Amazing staff! We love our new Alfa!!! It’s beautiful and drives great! The salesman (Dan) was amazing and so knowledgeable on every car we test drove!!! It was such a great experience! We also got a cute surprise Holiday gift in the mail! Just a great company all around!!! (And totally off topic but the bathrooms in the showroom are luxurious!!!! Absolutely beautiful!!!!)

We just purchased our second vehicle through the Mike Ward Dealerships, the first was through Infinity. This is by far the best customer service I have ever seen at an auto dealership. Taking your car in for services they provide perks that I have not heard of through any of the other luxury car brands, and if you are going to wait for your vehicle they have things on site for you to do while you pass the time. As happy as we are with the Alfa Romeo, it is not a McLaren, but we were treated as though we were buying one of the supercars that share the showroom.

First, just sitting in the lounge area will give you views from every angle of the best McLaren, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo has to offer. Drew Phillips is the man, and so was the Finance Manager as well as every other employee I interacted with. Highly recommend!
